Elovoria ships worldwide.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery time
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit time depends on your country, the carrier, and customs. Once the order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Shipping rates
Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply on international orders and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Tracking
A tracking link is sent to your email when the order ships.

Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

Wrong or missing address
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed because of an incorrect address.

Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, contact us at Elovoria@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the box and item.
